After retiring from teaching, I found myself searching for a creative outlet—something meaningful that would keep my hands busy and my imagination inspired. A little exploring led me to decoupage, and from the very first project, I was completely hooked. What began as a simple hobby quickly grew into a true passion, eventually leading me to participate in local craft and antique shows.

Over time, my small creative venture has grown into something I truly cherish. I now participate in Vintage Market Days events in Columbia, Charleston, and Myrtle Beach.  Each event brings its own personality and audience, and I love customizing my work to match the style, theme, and interests of the shoppers who attend. It’s important to me that what I bring feels thoughtful, relevant, and genuinely exciting for each market.

At the heart of my work is a love for transforming thrifted and gently used items into something beautiful and full of character. Every piece gives me the chance to breathe new life into forgotten treasures, blending creativity, nostalgia, and a touch of whimsy.
